The RIT Pep Band is an organization that has fun playing and performing music. We enjoy playing while also encouraging the Men's Hockey I team.
"How good do I have to be to Join?"
We just want to have fun. There are some people that were drum majors in high school and have competed in the State competitions, and there are some of us that haven't picked up our instruments in years. As long as you want to have fun playing your instrument, you should join!
RIT also has several instruments that students may borrow. So, if you don't have a personal instrument, don't let that stop you from joining Pep Band!
